The biggest risk to business travelers in Luanda and across Angola is road traffic accidents.  Local drivers do not abide by the rules of the road, and police can be unreliable to enforce traffic laws.  Also, the legacy from many years of conflict has resulted in numerous suspected and known minefields distributed across the country, this can seriously increase the risk to those unfamiliar with the environment.
