Philip brings more than two decades of experience working with both the British and Australian governments across defense, law enforcement, and foreign service sectors. Throughout his distinguished career, Philip has led high-performing teams and provided strategic guidance on government policy, operations, and best practices.
As a seasoned liaison officer, Philip represented his agencies’ interests throughout the United States and North America; his expertise extends to building complex relationships, coordinating across federal agencies and international partners, fostering collaboration, and driving enhanced intergovernmental cooperation. Philip is also an established logistics expert who has successfully managed and facilitated high-level international visits, including those involving heads of state.
After transitioning from government service, Philip founded a successful consulting business before being invited to join ETS. He is recognised for his proactive, solutions-driven approach, delivering tailored, strategic solutions that meet the distinct needs of each client. Known for his ability to foster clear communication and collaboration across teams, clients, and stakeholders, Philip ensures the seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
